Delivery

The work package deliverables will be:

A report on the background to Learning and Action Alliances and guidance for their establishment
Guidance on stakeholder assessment and the development of a constitution in each LAA
Workshop on LAAs with members of the SWITCH, FloodResilienCity and SKINT EU projects
A report with guidance on development of Champions/Leaders
Establish and deliver a champion/leadership development programme, review its effectiveness and revise its content as necessary
Work with WPs2, 3 & 5 to review and report on the development of the LAAs
Report reviewing LAA effectiveness and longevity
