Implementation and Dissemination
Working with work package 6 to implement the communications strategy, and using the framework developed in the initiation phase:
- Continue with the internal and external alignment of the project to support collaborative working, avoiding overlaps, gaps and conflicts at the MARE work package and inter project boundaries.
- Using the framework and a common approach to producing reports, information sheets and case studies, assist in the production of work package deliverables in preparation for inclusion in a portal.
- Work alongside other projects to develop a common used focused portal for the dissemination of the project outputs.
- Explore ways of maintaining and enhancing the portal at the end of the project
