Process and Policy Implementation
This work package is driven by the experience gained in work packaged 1, 2 and 3. Its initiation phase lags behind the initiation of the other work package and comprises the establishment of needs for transnational methodologies and policies by the work package team in conjunction with the mapping of national policy trajectories by the regional partnerships leading to engagement in the processes of developing and delivering policy.
