The work package deliverables will be:

- A summary document on state of the art of climate proofing
- An outline of a shared vision on climate proofing
- A discussion paper (including practical guidance) on instruments for attaining protection standards
- A discussion paper (including practical guidance) on instruments for managing extreme events
- A discussion paper (including practical guidance) on instruments for identifying synergistic opportunities with other aspects of land use and water management
- A working document on the implementation of the CPT in case study areas
- Verified procedures and instruments
- A best practise document on climate proofing and input for dissemination process
